Where do you ship from?

 


We proudly ship from exclusively   U.S.-based warehouses Each product page notes where that specific item ships from so you’ll know what to expect.


 

How long will my order take to arrive?

 

 

  • U.S. Warehouse Items: Ship within 1–2 business days and typically arrive in 2–5 business days.

     

    Sometimes orders may arrive in multiple packages, depending on your items and suppliers.

     

 


 

Do you offer free shipping?

 


Yes! Orders over $65 ship free within the U.S.


 

Do you accept returns?

 


Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most unused items. Because Emerald Market works with multiple trusted suppliers, returns are processed directly through the original manufacturer to minimize unnecessary shipping and reduce waste.


 

How do I start a return?

 


Just email support@emeraldmarket.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll connect you with the right supplier or send specific instructions.


 

Are there any items that can’t be returned?

 


Yes — for safety and health reasons, personal care, consumables, and perishables are final sale. Custom-made items and digital downloads are also non-returnable.


 

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

 


Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos, and we’ll help coordinate a quick replacement or refund through the supplier.


 

Will my items ship together?

 


Not always. Because we work with several partners, your order may arrive in separate packages. You’ll receive a tracking number for each shipment.
